Your residents deserve the best! We go beyond door-to-door service by ensuring that all common areas are well-maintained. Our team collects waste from all common areas and replaces the trash bags in every trash can. We also take the time to walk around the parking lot to pick up any litter we find.

Simply prep your waste​​​

• Place all waste on the 13-gal trash bin provided by us.

• Tie your trash bags.
• Double bag any pet waste.
• Avoid placing any loose, sharp, or broken object.
• Be mindful of double bagging any ripped trash bags.

Recycle

• Help us maintain a cleaner world by separating recyclable items.

• Break all cardboard boxes.

Uncertain if something can be recycled? Don't worry; just leave it out for us to dispose of correctly, or ask us for advice. We are always happy to help and educate others about the importance of recycling.

Notification & Collection​

• A team member will send out two text notifications upon arriving and departing to the property so all residents know of their arrival, location, and ending of collection.

• Once notification is receive. Residents can then place their bins outside for collection. 
• The staff will make multiple trips to ensure all bins are collected. After the departure notification, residents can bring their bins back inside and wait for the next service.
